Plot Summary: Rajvir Brar is an aspiring young singer and a musician whose father repeatedly warns him against his choice of career hoping he will join his business. Rajvir on the other hand, inherited music from his mother who also aspired to pursue music during her college years but having married an authoritarian husband, she quickly gave into the traditional duties of a wife and a mother. Not surrendering to his father's whims, Rajvir leaves home to receive formal training in music from Sajjan Singh, a once renowned classical maestro who now lives in oblivion by choice. Sajjan who usually doesn't train anyone agrees to coach Rajvir only under the condition that the latter would remain steadfast towards his craft and let nothing and no one come in his way of learning music. Here begins, Rajvir's official induction into the world of music which remains short-lived as he falls in love with his master's enigmatic sister Seerat Kaur. Before Rajvir realises, Seerat had already become his biggest distraction in his way of commitment.
