The story of the well, which succumbed to political thirst, is the story of the future citizens of India. Arjun [Eeswar], Laxman [Sreenu], Bhasha [Tony], Harish [Rajesh], and Surya [Surya] are studying engineering while staying in the college hostel. They spend their time enjoying life with the scholarships and government freebies that come to their families. Narisimha [Abhimanyu Singh], which aims to fulfill the three generations' desire to become MLAs, runs this junction. If anyone interferes with Narasimha's anger and desire, Karna [Sanjay] kills him and throws him into a well. Major's [BHEL Prasad] daughter, Jyoti [Naina Sarwar], who was killed by Karna's knife, runs a canteen near the college. Jothi and Karna accidentally enter Arjun's life while he is having fun with freebies. Lakshmana becomes a victim of Narasimha's arrogance. Arjun's life turns upside down with the death of his friend. How is Arjun handling the complications? Did Narasimha win in politics? Did Jothi accept Arjun's love? The story ends in suspense.
